What do I do wrong or what is wrong.
There's only drive A and drive C in filemanager.
My hair is getting more and more grey, so help is most welcome:)

Try this

1imgmount d "cd.iso" -t iso -fs iso -ide 2m

taken from https://github.com/joncampbell123/dosbox-x/issues/219
There's also a further comment stating:

Also make sure your dosbox.conf enables IDE emulation, both primary and secondary controllers, and that the "v86 hack" for Windows 95/98 is on.

I have tried this, but still the same.
Where is the V86 hack enabled?. Can't find it dosbox-x conf.

Found out at last.
Added the suggested line and disabled the pnp.
