Recently I took a renewed interest in German adware games from the 90s, and among others found this platform game called Mission Pom-Bär (the game was sold on CDs for a pittance or maybe even given away for free like that, and the user is explicitly allowed to make copies and share the game with their friends - as stated on the back cover and on the CD itself). The game was developed by a German company Digital Artworx, which I've never heard about before.
Anyway, the font in the main menu looked kinda familiar:

If you look closer, the letters are exactly the same as in Jazz Jackrabbit:

Now I know that another company that produced adware games for Germany was involved with Jazz' development, namely Digital Dimensions BV/Orange Games from the Netherlands, who also created the German promo game 2FAST4YOU. Perhaps there is connection, but I suspect that maybe the font was taken from some shared software programming resource library? Anyone have any clues on this?
