After 15 Minutes of work I DID IT !!! ive got Incubation working under windows XP with the 3dfx support and with smooth mouse support !!!!

The way i did it :

Install the game
download the zeckensack's Glide wrapper 0.80d from http://www.voodoofiles.com/type.asp?cat_id=14
Install the wrapper !!

Create a link to the game on your desktop, set the link as in the pic seen under

The game seem to work with normal mouse movement - a bit fast - but IT WORKS.

For this i would be thankfull is someone could submit the joystick-configuration file for Strike commander, in the Dosbox forum, on my post !!!!

oops, i just recognized that i posted it in the DOS-Forum, and not it the Windows Forum, where it belongs 😊 - but i hope that anyone that has trouble with the game running properly will find it
