Hello everyone,
A while ago, I found some interesting stories from the early CB days..

And I must say, these are quite fascinating.
Unfortunately, all of this happened many years before my time.
Nevertheless, hearing/reading about all that boomer tech and the world of yesterday
is still surprisingly kind of relatable.
For example, my first 27MHz FM walkie-talkies had no PLL or DDS yet, just some crystal (quartz) oscillator.
If you've fond memories about your CB radio days, too, please feel free to share them! π
You can also share information about your current rig, as well.
Or your retro or vintage computers that serve the radio hobby in one or another way.
Best regards,
Jo22
PS: Stories of licensed CB operators are also heartly welcome. π
