I found these cards on ebay, and decided to take a chance on one.
It worked so well, I got several more for my retro systems.
Since USB 2.0 seems to be hopeless in windows95, I looked for the best possible USB 1.1 card, I think this is it.

They were made for IBM RS/6000 systems, but the Agere chip is completely USB standard compliant (found the white paper for it).
Its a 4 channel controller, each port has its own channel, so no sharing.
All tantalum caps, no electrolytic to leak.
Worked great using the standard windows 95 osr2 USB update files (3 updates).

Only bad side, is it uses 4 IRQ's, so hope your bios is new enough to allow you to change them.
It also works in my HP Vectra XU dual P120 with 430nx chipset and pci 2.0 with win95c.
