Hi all i recently got hold of an amiga 500 and am looking for a modern monitor solution.
at the moment im using the modulator with composite out to a retrotink scaler then to hdmi to a modern monitor this is not too bad for gaming however for running software like
workbench or flash floppy it is very difficult to read any text on the screen i know this computer has rgb out but i dont have a cable nor can find a cable or have a scaler that can convert rgb to hdmi.

please leave me your ideas
thankyou

Something like this ...

Amiga 500 RGBtoHDMI Adapter
Additionally you will need Raspberry Pi Zero and a HDMI Mini to HDMI A cable.

I just use a SANYO lcd TV with my A6oo. No flicker at all. Personnally I bthink they are under as monitors for old kit.Plenty ov video inputs without an need for extra gadgets.

any other solutions other than the pi zero as if you are powering the pc on and off regularly doesn't the pi have to boot up as well all the time?
