It's the same card as this, but with the dongle.
I'm not having much luck.

Never heard of GFE branded computer parts. If running WIndows you should be able to get the Hardware ID from Device Manger and track down the driver with it.
Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun
I don't have a windows pcmcia machine, was hoping to get this working in a 200lx.
A usenet search turned up a few references to it being an "8390" card, which is possibly NE2000 generic compatible?
Hmmm an HP 200LX ? Very cool old DOS "palm tops"...So you need DOS drivers that work with NS DP8390 or very NE2000 compatible....
You probably already know this site: http://mizj.com/ only NIC driver is for Accton PCMCIA ethernet card. Will look around for a DOS driver....

Sorry to reply to an old post, but did you ever find a working driver for this card? I've got the exact same one and I can't find anything about it online.

GFE is a brand logo used by GigaFast...try some of the drivers here https://driverscollection.com/?H=WF721-AEX&By=GigaFast or here https://driverscollection.com/?V=GigaFast&S=74
