I had a lot of trouble finding the right keywords for this. The best I found was "heatsink spring fastener". These are almost exclusively the translucent variety and all the exact same kind.

I did manage to find one seller on AliExpress that has them in black:

I wasn't able to find any other styles or pin diameters.

The attachment 100Pcs-22mm-Nylon-Mount-Pin-Mounting-Clip-Fastener-Push-Buckle-For-Intel-Socket-Computer-Cooler-Laptop.jpg_Q90.jpg_.jpg is no longer available

I find these particular fasteners difficult to insert into 3mm holes. Here is one compared to a stock fastener that came with a GeForce 7300. It's less robust looking but is much easier to fasten and remove.
