Hi! I've installed carmageddon and tryed to play it with glidos emulation but it runs very very slow!
My hardware is: P4 2,4 Ghz 533 fsb, radeon 9700 pro and audigy...
Anyone can help me???I thought that the game will work easy on my pc!

LIke what type of software do you have running in the back ground ( firewalls etc, ) are you constantly connected the the web , which version of the video card drivers , directx and windows OS are you running ?
check and make sure you are running the 3dfx .exec for carmagedon , carmagedon runs extremely slowly for me IF I am running it on my system without glidos or 3dfx acceleration ( perhaps you are not running the 3dfx .exe that glidos needs for carmagedon ) .
Most common problem is using the graphics drivers that are supplied with Windows, or by Windows update, which don't have accelerated OpenGL. Make sure you grab the latest drivers from ATI's web site.
