Hello! I've picked up a 3DLabs VP560 that included a driver CD newer than the one on vogonsdrivers. It appears to contain unique drivers for a broader set of cards, and includes Win98 drivers!

I would like to contribute it, but I can't get the login to work. Also, since I haven't posted here before now (sorry!), I can't PM SquallStrife about it.

Sorry for the thread resurrection, but I felt it appropriate to post this here since I was looking for a VP560 driver and couldn't find one on the VOGONS driver library. It looks like the OP uploaded the disc image to archive.org the same day he made this thread. If we could get it put up on the driver library too that would be cool.

EDIT: I extracted the 9x, 2k and XP drivers from the iso and they are small enough to upload here, so I have attached them to this post. 😀

Interestingly, the 9x\ME driver is version 4.12.01.3000-1536R from February 20th 2003, and only supports these cards:
• Wildcat VP560
• Wildcat VP760
• Wildcat VP870
• Wildcat VP970

The 2K and XP drivers are version 3.01.0330 from February 27th 2003, and supports these cards:
• Wildcat VP560
• Wildcat VP760
• Wildcat VP870
• Wildcat VP970
• Wildcat VP990 Pro

So, I guess no VP990 Pro for Windows 9x.

Honestly, I doubt most VOGONS users are going to need anything from the iso aside from these drivers. The vast majority of the CD is taken up by files related to various graphics software suites. I have also attached the readme files for the 9x and XP packs. 2k seems to be basically the same as XP, and there's a 5 file limit per post here so this will have to do. 😀

Now for some blitting from the back buffer.
