It looks like a card from the Intel ProShare Conferencing Video System 200 ( circa 1994 ).

What do you hope/expect to do with it ?

On the photo: CS4215 is a sound chip.
Maybe a driver for another CS4215 based soundcard works? example: http://ohlandl.ipv7.net/sound/Audiovation.html

The CS4215 is purely a codec, it has no ISA interface, so trying drivers for another card is very unlikely to work.

It is also unclear whether this device actual has drivers that allow exposing itself to the operating system (Windows) as a sound card. Any kind of DOS (Sound Blaster/Adlib) compatibility is quite unlikely.

In what way is it functional? Have you been able to use it for video conferencing? Is videoconferencing working except for sound ?

EDIT :

To be clearer, there is no guarantee that this was ever designed to work as a standalone sound card, but information is scarce so I can't confirm or infirm. Good luck!

it probably doesn't work outside of using the intel proshare software for video confrencing. if it does i doubt its good for gaming.
