I´m playing Tomb Raider with Glidos and Xtra Textures. The FMV´s are only played half. The Game (Glidos, too) itself is running and looks great.

Maybe your graphic card/driver doesn't support VESA modes correctly. Edit your Glidos.ini file and modify the following line:
VESASupport: Yes
I´ve checked this.
That is what my Glidos.ini reads:
Name: Tomb Raider
Executable: C:\Tombraid\Tomb.exe
ExeSizes: 873739
CDCheckFile: data\Level10c.phd
DosGraphics: Yes
VESASupport: Yes
ControlJudderFix: 1
Resolution: 3
FullScreen: No
ForcedTextureSmoothing: No
TextureOverride: Yes
Mp3BackgroundSounds: Yes
RedbookEmulation: Yes
I have an ATI Redeon 9500 Pro.
Try changing it to "No". The "Yes" setting makes the computer work harder, and sometimes the sound crackle, followed by the FMV giving up.
Ok, now FMV´s don´t crash. But when I meet Larson there is a short cutscene in ingame graphics. The graphic seems to be much faster than the sound. (Lara punches Larson the sound is seconds after that.)
Well that's not too bad. That isn't an FMV. Its done with the 3D engine I think. There are only two scenes like that.
