Hi dear retro sound geeks! 😉

I recently found this MPU-401 card in an old PC of mine:

It's missing the breakout cable and i tried to construct one with information provided here Re: Intelligent mode MPU-401 and how it's utilised. and here Questions about a CMS-401 MIDI card.

Sadly, i don't have a MIDI sequencer to test the card, so i was wondering if there is any way, to test the card without a expensive roland device? Maybe a Keyboard or something?

Sorry for my lack of nowledge - MIDI newbie here! 😀
