Hi! I have a problem with a new Win98SE tower and some Zip100 disks compressed with DriveSpace from an old Win98SE tower. On one disk, the drive keeps clicking, and the disk is unreadable. Another is readable, but Explorer reports all full and total disk space less than uncompressed. I'm not at my mother's house right now, but, when I am there next, I have to try again. Then, I'll try to come back to you.

Yeah is why some of learned us wayback to never use Drivespace. We used RAR, ARJ or ZIP if we wanted to compress files and move them to any removable media. It could be the disks have gone bad.....

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Thank you. The next time I'm at my mother's house, I'd better check those disks again and other disks. 😀
