The photo does not have a good resolution and I cannot see the model, but perhaps someone can help me identify it and tell me if it has good compatibility with DOS.

Looks pretty generic. I would put it in a system and search for the PCI vendor and device ID, maybe that helps.

7.VIA's ice ensemble's Tremor VT1723 is the same with number 6 so no sound blaster support. -> Which PCI Sound card is least terrible in DOS (shortlist) (4th post)
