Hello, I've got motherboard DFI CA64-TC https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/dfi-ca64-tc which does not beep on startup and does not boot. I tried with and without RAM, GPU but still the same, after powering on switch fans keeps running at 100%. FSB was set to AUTO. I cleard the CMOS. It should at least beep right? How to check if it is dead?

To get it find out you have to have some working spare parts and post card analyzer . Anyway it might be corrupted bios or old version which doesn't support specific cpu

I've got it with CPU and FAN installed so the CPU (Celeron 1000) must be compatible. POST card is good advice so I will buy one.

It's a good investment. I used it so much it paid for itself a long time ago.

Stupid question have you check to see if the bios battery is dead. I've had quite a few boards act dead untill I changed out a dead or missing bios battery.

I probably found the problem, capacitors are swollen.
