Just got one for the novelty of a 1995 dual monitor PCI video card 😀

Believe there was a Win 3.x driver (w31plv.zip) which I can't track down atm...for 95 /98 these may be worth a try
Good search PC H ! Those seem to same as w40s3.zip and w41s3.zip per the archive and the "Video-Drivers.com" collection from Deksor.
There was also a NT driver now lost probably forever....

Windows 3.1 and NT drivers as well as other tools included in the disk image.
