I just have a Monster 3D Voodoo 1 card, which I'm trying to get to work with Tomb Raider 1, but when it comes to showing the 3D accelerated picture, I'm only getting a black screen and "no signal" from my monitor.
I'm using it with a Matrox Millenium, Pentium 100Mhz, DOS 6.22.
I've downloaded the 3DFX patch for the game.
The card is showing DOS and the ingame movies fine and I can start a game (confirmed by hearing the sound), but I don't get the spinning 3DFX logo or the title menue and actual game.
Have I missed something? What could be the problem?

Have you succeeded in running anything else that uses the card on this monitor? If not I'd begin my troubleshooting with a different monitor and/or different software.

You have the passthrough cable plugged in and connected to the monitor right?

The cable is plugged in right and I've tried two different monitors.
I don't have any other software I could try at the moment.

I discovered a cracked inductor on the back of the card.
Replaced it and it's all working now.
