The best DRM = No DRM at all. Stardock understands this very well. They dont treat their customers like thieves, which is a very golden rule of business.

ok, now my question is regarding the game Daggerfall. :D :D Im running it with the config.cfg in a post i found searching this board. But im finding that the mouse movement is slow, when wielding the sword to attack. And the sound is choppy and i cant understand what theyre saying. Any suggestions? …

Ah ok, thanks for the dynamic core and max cycle suggestions. What I meant was not giving out copies of either game's assets. I know its illegal. I mean, would there be any problems in the source code of rott, which is GPL, with the original wolf3d source code, which isnt? thanks

I dont believe that. Im told by other rott players that they are able to play ROTT.EXE with mouse and mouselook enabled fine with no problems. Its got to be something else.

i just started playing GTA III on the pc, and will wait for a pc version too of GTA IV before trying it out. I think GTA III was the last good of the GTA games, before VC and SA became too overly difficult with so many gameplay aspects to them.

Well, there are popular RPGs around, like bioshock or stalker. Yes, i think those games are rpgs, the fact that they are in 1st person and have guns dont change the fact that they are rpgs, with fps elements on them.

not to be a party pooper, but whats the use of running win 3.11 on dosbox, if one cannot have internet going? I assume some users don't care for net usage, but it's kind of a limitation, isnt it?

I've heard that line before lots of times. It's true i know, but it wouldnt be a petition. It wouldnt be asking EA to kindly remove the DRM from mass effect. it wouldnt be asking anything at all. It'd just be a testament of how many people won't definitely buy it in the first place.
