IPX is not connecting to IPX server

I have the server running OK. IPXNET STAUTS confims this and lets me know the address of 127.0.0.1 on port 213. Yet when I run IPXNET CONNECT 127.0.0.1 this comes back saying failed to connect(even if I add the 213 port to the end). This is running over a LAN and both can connect via IP and both can …
