I found another spare ISA IDE controller. There's a difference that Samsung mSATA SSD doesn't hang the POST but it's not detected anyway, like the Transcend IDE. So it might be some issue at electrical level but there's another problem. I also tried to put SSDs in one old 486 machine with similar …

OK, I just tested your found vbios: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/20457/20457 and doesn't work too on 7900GT (3GB, no signal in any gfx mode). It differs only in a few bytes from mine found verison. I didn't find same version for Inno 3D 7900GT, the closer I found is ver 5.71.22.29.00 : …

I don't know if there is some freq. table that is used by vbios during init. But even if yes, it would not be good idea as many LCDs can't sync over 60-70Hz and you can get a WTF moment after some years you will forget that you did that mod :) I looked at GPU table and all 7900 GS, GT, 7950GT should …

It's quite a common controller, any low-cost noodle like there. Chipset is Acer M5105 + some buffers and PALs. I'll take some better photo later...

Well, I tried to load the BIOS dump on my sistem with 7900GT but the VBIOS doesn't fully works. Only in textmode but when switching to any VESA mode it hangs. So I cannot try if refresh settings works. So first I need a real dump of vbios from Inno card via NVFLASH.
