At least AMD64 is able to execute 16-bit code, but Windows XP/2003 64 bit no. I mean... try AMD64/Win32 and your 16 bit code will probably work. Try AMD64/Win64 and your 16 bit code is wasted hard disk space. Thanks to M$.

Extreme Assault (Glide) runs smoothly with Windows XP, VDMSound and dgVoodoo glide wrapper. Dosbox doesn't emulate glide (not now, at least), so you can't play Glide games with it.

I've had a similar problem with Silver (spanish version). If you're trying the US version, you can find the update in www.patches-scrolls.de My problem was solved using a crack. Maybe you want try that.
