Not to hijack the thread too badly, but I've got a 3d 2000 Pro 4mb card. Loved it back in the day, but there was always a question that bugged me...What is the 33-pin header on the top part of the card for?

I guess good flight controls just aren't in demand. I mean, even Microsoft shut down the division and team that produces Flight Sim. I haven't seen too many decent games come out lately. Maybe the genre is dying out?

Ok, I'm pretty set on my setup here. Two more questions to finalize this setup. Will an 8x AGP card work fine in a 4x slot? Well, I can always stick the TNT2 in with the MX. They're both NV cards though, not sure how they'll like that. So, that's 2 votes for Voodoo3 cards. Why is that? Didn't their usefulness for later games dry up pretty quickly in 99 or so? I'm seeing a trend to the 440 boards. I take it 100mhz is good enough for the bus for the application I stated?

Goo be gone should take care of the foil without messing up the paint, I use that stuff by the gallon on the the classic video games I find. The drives yellowing can be fixed the same way reversing the yellowing on old macs does, soaking in peroxide or full on bleach should do it.
