the issue on ebay is; nobody advertises the modules to be 'Intel 8.3 deic vrm'. 95 times out of 100, you are going to need to eyeball it, unless you have a huge library of OEM part numbers. I wouldnt mind a few pictures of your build. ^.^

as a general rule of thumb; the simple looking VRMs you find are generally for ppro. The more stuff on the board, the more likely its for pentium 2/3 i'm fairly certain this is a good deal: https://www.ebay.com/itm/116337345291

Just use the heatsinks without tabs and with double sided thermal tape. The i960 is big and flat. It should stick like white on rice. This is a part that will be just fine as-is. No need to stress out on something extra.
