When I try to open that, Windows doesn't know what to do with it.

All right, I've got it. I've got the game files on both C and D drives (Backup) and setup D-Fend to load the D drive one, while D-Fend and DosBox are both installed on the C drive. I'm playing King's Quest IV (Original with typing). How do I save my game? I'm using D-Fend if that helps any. Will also be playing KQ 5 and 6-would I save my games the same way?
