Hi Alexander, I have found a bug that makes it impossible for DOSBox to use additional MIDI settings from "C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\DOSBOX.CONF" because you can enter an additional MIDI setting inside the D-Fend Reloaded GUI, but it is not saved inside the file. I used the portable …
