Blood has no setup or install.exe 😢

Yea tested it with the game binds but it didnt work 🙁... How can i open the setup ?

Hello Folks 🤣 , I have some big problems with Blood 😢 I've no sound and i cant really aim with my mouse ! When i want aim up i go forward and when i aim down i went backwards. I really have no clue how to fix this 😖 I hope you guys can help meh 😀 See ya
