Not a lot of helpful information, but it DOES work under DosBox 0.74, I'm looking at it as I write it... So...a few suggestions: use the latest version 0.74, not an older one; set the video card to one of the svga ones...

Have you tried pressing Alt-Enter :P Change your outputs...also, I don't recall specificically which but some .conf settings (a lot, probably...we're at version 0.74 now...9 minor versions later, if math serves :P) so, use a new .conf generated with 0.74 not the old 0.65 one, in case you're doing so …

I heard the newer NVidia cards don't go down to 320x200 anymore. The bigger issue I think is that today's monitors don't go below 640x480. They do...but only on TV Out mode (from the nvidia realease notes for the latest driver): 320x200 8, 16, 32 DirectDraw mode; not selectable as a Windows desktop …
