Re: Game controller?

Thanks, for your response. What about a new one? The thing is, I don't have any, old or new. I would like to get a new one, but not if it will not work. From your post it seems that more than one will work, but I'm wondering if any will work okay. I would have to shop for one, and would like to know …

Re: Cycle adjustment

collector: Not really an install. More of a decompress. Yes, it has mouse capability feedingdragon: This worked. Thanks, a lot. Coincidentally, I also found that this game uses space bar for an "action" and is able to scroll better than the mouse, which I was using before. This problem is solved. …

Re: Cycle adjustment

Thank-you, for your response. Game: Last Half of Darkness 3 Mounting: mount f D:\LHIII The issue is scrolling the inventory. Without being slowed down as I described, it goes only to the very top and only to the very bottom. I have tried: 1.Changing the cpu core with no effect on the issue. 2. …

Cycle adjustment

I had to adjust cpu cycles down to 500 in order to get a display to work right, but then startup is very, very slow. Re: 73 Config?

Re: USB Support

To Malvineous: Thanks, again. By the way, in regards to DOS, I agree with you about Virtualbox USB support. In regards to Windows, Virtualbox USB support works perfectly for hardware incompatible with Vista. To robertmo: Seriously, were you a friend or relative of Lawyerdude?

Re: USB Support

Anything. Everything. It doesn't matter. Are you implying that you have a list of USB devices that do work? If so, maybe I could use it sometime for something, but for now, you all have answered my question. Thanks. You all are very thorough. I wish all forums were like this.

Re: USB Support

Yes, I currently do use another virtualizer, and I also do use Dosbox for old games, but I was hoping to use only one. However, other virtualizers are too slow or have other kinks when it comes to old games, and Dosbox does not handle USB, so I'll still need separate applications. That was my idea, …
