I figured it out. Munt was the trouble maker. I got version 1.2.0 and that did the trick. Awful game by the way, but the Roland music makes up for it.

I tried 0.72, but it wont work with Munt, but at least the game has music, but it sounds aweful (all the wrong instruments are chosen) I tried 0.73 which works with Munt, but has the same problem as 0.74, no music after the title screen. Some tips would be appreciated

This has been bugging me for a long long time. I know California Games 2 has adlib support. It even says so on the box, but I never found the right parameter to actually hear adlib. Same goes for Golden Axe. What's the parameter for MT32 support? 😀

OK, I did that typed in DOSBox the following parameter: set device=mt32 No change in sound how does DOSBox know how to go to c:\program files (x86)\DOSBox and read the files. Or are these DOS files and should I mount the DOSBox folder in DOSBox and fiddle around in DOS with these ROMS?
