Duke Nukem 2 sound effect quality

I am trying to playing Duke Nukem 2 via DOSBox (as I no-longer have any old PC's) and the sound effects sound really bad. After most effects I can hear an audible pop or crackle. Is this the same on real hardware? If it is I will give up trying to to tweak the DOSBox config.

DOSBox SVN-Daum Warcraft 2 error

Warcraft 2 works fine for me with standard DOSBox 0.74 but with the SVN-Daum version it wont load at all. I really want to run the game with the crt shader support from the SVN version. Does anyone know what settings I should try changing to make it more compatible? Thanks

Why only 1TB? 2Tb drives are at most 5-7% more expensive these days for new OEM drives, it seems like a waste to buy a 1TB these days It's a data drive and the only data I have are podcasts and 320 cba mp3 audio ripped from Cd's. Good internal hard drive for modern pc

I am looking to retire my 5 year old 1TB Western Digital Black storage drive. I am not worried too much about speed, just reliability. What models do people recommend? I am thinking about a Seagate Barracuda or a WD Blue as they are cheap are easily obtainable.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Dragonborn. The main quest was short and dull but there were a decent amount of interesting side quests to make up for it.
