Backup in progress. I went all the way and bought Alcohol 120 %. 😀 I was wondering if any of you keep a hash of your files when you store them ? I thought of doing a MD5 or SHA hash of the files, or perhaps of the original CD if that is possible - for comparison later on.

Thanks for the inputs 😀 I will begin with a digital backup first, saving everything as iso. And the CDs with audio tracks as mdf/mds.

I think it is working correct now. Have completed the game 3 times without the PP_SOUND issue occurring. I went through the installation again, changed 'Sound Blaster 16' to 'Sound Blaster/Pro' and pressed 'Install'. It seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for all your input.
