If it was me I would avoid the hassle and make a smaller partition for Windows and a second larger partition for games I usually go with 4GB for Win98 but don't bother with service packs and loads of software, You would still be safe with 10GB

I thought I remembered something about that game, It's rare on PS2 but common on xbox, or visa versa. But quick google I can find both for about $10 US used copies but wouldn't have thought that would increase the price by that much

I have to agree with you. Slot 1 makes a great DOS/Win9x crossover but as with any crossover you have to compromise, It's too fast for alot of dos games but slow for later Win9x games. Cant think of any games that wont run full settings on the the MMX anyway, may as well make the P3 a pure Win9x …

SP4711.EXE or SP2579.EXE are the files you need to create the bios boot disk and seem to remember allowed you to create a bios partition on the HDD. I'm not sure what the difference is between them though.

Pro's OEM's are they are more likely to have ps2 ports, right up to the end most generic hardware still used serial for the mouse. Onboard I/O Controller and Video are usually pretty good and fair chance on the VL-BUS Should be bit cheaper then generic PC as not as desirable Con's "Pizza box" cases …
