Not to my knowledge, but there is SHSUCDHD, which will let you mount an ISO in Win98 DOS mode. One caveat is that it can't handle CD audio, so if using it with a game that has CD audio tracks, you will not hear them being played.

Oh, I understand. I was mistaken than all ISA cards required -5V. The only ISA card I have in this machine is an SB AWE64 Value with a SimmConn to give me the full 28 MB of addressable soundfont memory. If I don't need the -5V, then a decent modern PSU will do me just fine.

Thanks for the site reference. Finding a new ATX power supply that still includes a -5V rail could be problematic; hopefully they can help. I'll need to inspect my board closely to see if they're any cap issues.
