I did one last change. I replaced the top face plate for a tape drive that I had laying around. Matches the 5.25 floppy drive perfectly. The disk cache does not work as it is not compatible with a 2GB drive in the system, so the RAM disk is what I am going to end up using.

Hey, thanks for running the test. Do you know, your system is very fast on a clock-to-clock basis. Perhaps one of the best out there. For a XT Class system it is really fast. Oscar Barea has fixed the video card and sent me a couple of pictures before he ships it back from Spain. I think it turned out very well and as a bonus the card now supports AGP 4x!

Now for a few benchmarks. The system benches very well for an XT class computer. Getting 752KBs on the XT-IDE is pretty fast an XT Class computer. Overall I am extremely happy with this build.
