Allright bros, I solved that damn problem with the mainboard and not sure if it was the CPU or the FSB bus but basically this is what I did ! no problem, you are welcome, also try out the 2.1 unoffcial SP if you have trouble with the 3.25 (but should work smooth even if you get 2-3 errors when you install it, ignore them).
