If the hole for the PSU that works with it is to large you can get a piece of flat metal and just drill some holes to make an adapter. I had to do that with a XW4600 HP workstation

Don't worry about the missing front panel covers. You are going to probably want a CD drive and floppy drive at least. You can always make something to fill in the remaining ones or find some from another PC. Heck a painted piece of cardboard works.

Tested these two board+ CPU combos and a mildly rusty 650watt Thermaltake PSU finally. MSI p67 board + 2500k and a H-97 Asus board with a 4690k. Haven't done more than test post. There are X300 and low-end GeForce 7200 or 7300 I can't remember, OEM models from Dell/HP with S-Video. Not sure if that's helpful. Iv got a VIVO AGP x1950 pro with a proprietary S-Video with a red, blue, green breakout cable that came with it.
