WD Paradise VLBUS3300

Looking for some help in upgrading the memory on my WD Paradise. It currently has 1MB of ram, I would like to upgrade it to 2MB. Tried BIOS version D18001B3.EXE PowerMate V75e/V100e BIOS Upgrade Ver 1.48.01 BIOS v0.02.21. This version of the BIOS is not compatible with the VP75. I am working on a NEC PowerMate V75, it has a no name SIS 501 Motherboard. I am trying to get it to run with a AMD K5-100 but the BIOS is not compatible with K5 CPU's. I am wondering if any one has one of these\has been able to get a K5 running in it\has an updated BIOS they could share.

I watched a video on Youtube where a dead Nvidia 8800gtx was baked in the oven and the person who posted the video claims this fixed his card. I was wondering if anyone has every tried this with any success??

Can you try to put the Nvidia video card back in to the system, than boot in to XP. If successfully remove all the nvidia drivers and remove the card from the device manager. Than swap the video cards and try to boot in to XP with your ATI card.

@tincup : I only have the single card in the computer. I am not running SLI right now. @Mau1wurf1977 : I will test 800x600 tonight. If you have 2 12MB cards that is a total of 24MB. If I add the memory in your system info I see 12MB. Does the system info not report the memory for the second card? …

Here is what I am getting from the Driver System Info tab: Filename vm.jpg File size 34.47 KiB Views 4229 views Is this what is to be expected on a 12MB card?????????

I got a copy of SiSoft Sandra Pro 2001 installed. I have never used this utility before. Can someone kindly point me to where I should be looking for the memory information on the voodoo card?

I got my hands on one of these the other week and was wondering if anyone has the Original install CD's for this device? Or maybe a place to download it. Ideally I would like the entire CD not just the drivers.

Properties - V2 1000 - System info shows : 2MB of texture memory and 4 MB of frame buffer memory. The card has memory chips only on the front. Now I am even more confused is this a 6MB card??

I have a STB Voodoo II card which has two stickers on the back. The first is 210-0336-00X, when I look this number up I see that the card is a 12MB card. The second is 120-0782-006, when I look this up I see that the card is a 8MB card. Dxdiag show the card to have 10MB of memory. The properties tab …
