I can only refer to the tests that Phil did on Voodoo cards. V4 beats V3-3000 and V3-3500 beats V4. Os2 still looks as good as back then. Whenever I install it, I change as much as I can to make 4 look like 3. That was an amazing desktop. Even 2 looks better if you ask me.

As far as I can see, the cooler is installed correctly on the CPU socket. And if the CPU is working and the cooler is not getting hot to the point were you burn fingers. Then it is correctly installed.
