I just did another install without any patches, transferred the saves, and it works there. So I'll just use that install in the case of further problems. Thanks for the tips, I bow to your superior wisdom 😀

Hi there. I have a sound problem in The Legacy. When using any Soundblaster, each time a sound fx is played it starts and ends with a crackling noise. Changeing cylces doesn't help, but using Adlib gets rid of the problem. What can I do about that (except using adlib)? I'm new to using Dosbox.
