Re: Regressive bugs - report them here

Thanks for testing. I also re-tested 2.75.1 once more and now it works properly. I changed back some settings I used at that time but I couldn't reproduce it anymore. No idea what the issue was when I reported the issue. If I come across this issue again I'll let you know.

Re: Regressive bugs - report them here

I discovered a problem with dgVoodoo 2.75 and Need for Speed: High Stakes. If I use DirectX the game cannot find any resolutions. I only get "Bad Index 0" within the resolution selector of the game. The game starts normally, but I will have a black screen once I start a race (HUD and menu work …

Re: DOSBox ECE (for Windows & Linux)

Does it tear only with the outputs introduced my patch, or with other outputs too? You mean openglpp output with glfullvsync in fullscreen mode, right? Have you tried surfacepp with fulldouble in fullscreen? If reproducible in stock DOSBox with openglnb , this sounds like a bug worth the attention …

Re: DOSBox ECE (for Windows & Linux)

@Ant_222 @Kinsie The tearing issue only occurs when machine is set to vesa_nolfb . If I use vesa_nolfb it tears even when I use the internal DOSBox video recording. It doesn't matter if V-Sync is enabled or not. If I enable V-Sync (and borderless fullscreen is disabled) I do get the message in my …

Re: DOSBox ECE (for Windows & Linux)

Which games? Some DOS games don't do vsync. Ah, I thought it works the same through all games, so I assumed more games would be affected. Thus far I had tested Duke Nukem 3D, which seems to be a worst-case scenario depending on the settings (see below). DOSBox-X was far worse there, so I assumed …

Re: DOSBox ECE (for Windows & Linux)

Hey, I have a tearing issue with DOSBox ECE. As I want to record games, it's kind of a big issue. Here's my setup: 1440p screen with 144Hz G-Sync, but G-Sync is disabled Capture card with 1440p and 144Hz. They are both cloned with each other, the Capture card is main display device. Windows 10 v1903 …

Hmm, kinda strange. Here's an image of my complete settings, cause I guess I explained it a little difficult: http://s9.postimg.org/3q471iu9n/DXWnd_SWEP1_RCR_2.jpg Do you have any ideas on how to fix that grapihcal clipping issues? Cause as said, on some races, they are very annoying. And what …

I was playing the first complete tournament now, and tried race 1 of the last one, and beside some graphical glitches, it runs fine, and you can also see that it runs in 1920x1080 resolution. These graphical glitches can be a major annoyance though, e.g. on Ando Prime Center, they sometimes just " …

Which one specifically? because the only .exe I can get working with DXWnd is the no-cd crack, and that strips out all the movies. Also could you please not hot-link to my installer, give people the page where they can download it but don't link directly, thanks. Changed and this one: https://dl. …

Hello. I just wanted to give Feedback of how I ran the game with DXWnd. At first, use a special installer to install the game from the CD correctly. You can find the installer here: http://www.play-old-pc-games.com/2013/12/02/star-wars-episode-i-racer/ There is also another fix, but the fix doesn't …
