It's working on a Rhino 6X, it shows as K5 233Mhz. Still need to test it. I have directly swapped it with a Pentium 100 66x1,5. For the K6 233 1,5 multiplier works as 3,5. I will try to update BIOS. I have too many retro projects at the same time 😀..

Upgraded to F1 and got it working! Thanks! Good news is that I have also tested a PII 350 that I had in the same box and it also works. Now I need to find a 850 Coppermine 😀 and also see if it makes any sense to use Coppermine 500 vs Katmai 500.

I have just "rebuilt" a Pentium III 500. I also think that Pentium III is the best option. Gigabyte GA-6BXE - Intel 440BX 256Mb Geforce 2 MX200 (my options were limited; RIVA TNT2 or older ones). ALS 120 (not the best card but it's ISA) 80Gb Seagate HDD (my older HDD make a lot of sound)

If your ALS120 works well, use it . They have a bad reputation because of the cheaply made ones. Not all of them are necessarily bad .
