As far as I know that is a generic OEM AT case from the mid-90's. These are usually unbranded and would carry the sticker of the shop that sold the PC.

So, your first step should have been to unplug all external cables. Then, all internal cables that are connected to the PSU. The limiting factor won't be windows 98, but the BIOS. The max size is something like 32GB for most PCs of the Pentium era.

You really have to take the PSUs apart, clean them well enough and possibly replace the fans for a long term solution.
