Hello, I'm trying to find this in order to use some Japanese software on Windows 98SE, but Microsoft's site no longer seems to have a lot of older files and I had no luck finding it elsewhere. Jamodo.exe is the name of the exe if that helps. If anyone finds it, please let me know. Thanks.

For me on Windows XP SP3 on a Core 2 Duo PC, using DXWnd to limit the framerate to around 30-45fps (I personally like it around that) works wonders. Haven't had any problems with crashes, running too fast, or anything like that after doing so.

My BIOS indeed does have that choice. Just switch it to integrated graphics and disable the Nvidia card in Device Manager.
