Re: Last Bronx PC - Patch to add FMVs back to the game

in Windows
I'm trying to run it better on Windows 10 not Win 98 machine, VM or otherwise. Being realistic, this game is one of those released at a time when hardware accelerated games were not common and 10fps was considered acceptable, not to mention it uses very old video modes like 320x240 8 bit color and …

Yeah I can get into the gameplay which will be fine, but I cover the intros too, which makes it problematic, without just using the AVI files and pretending it's working :-D Is there a halfway house at all? I'm happy running the CD in a drive with original CD audio, just need a workaround to get …

Re: Unity Runtime Fee

The major problem is that some good games can be delisted now. Apparently, Cult of The Lamb developers will delist the game next year. I think it's a bit premature to say that Unity is going away anytime soon. It won't go away, but now it will be permanently and exclusively associated with asset …

I don't know how to respond to this. That's the most horrifying post I've read in years :( , I think I would've bolted out of that interview. Looking at the bright side, at least that job was somehow bringing happiness and joy to some (very specific) people Nowadays I work for the tech industry, …

Ah, I see. The good old persuasion instead of harmful URLs. What kind of adult contents did the company offer, by the way? Could you tell us more details? When I was being interviewed they said they were specialized in fetish, which 18 year old me innocently though was about people wearing leather …

I worked at the porn industry...but not any kind of porn, I am talking VERY EXTREME stuff. My job was to infiltrate forums and pretend to be one of the "adepts" and promote the site I was working for without they knowing so they would subscribe to it (this was around 2003, such services were quite …
