OR force my screen to 1280*1024 in 70hz

I have a interesting problem: I have an 19" 5:4 screen with native resolution of 1280*1024. However, I need to run the screen on 1024*768 to be able to use 70hz ( which is native refreshrate of dos games. ) BUT! Running a 4:3 resolution on a 5:4 screen, results in a bit of a stretch in the picture. …

Second tips is probably better for me than first one. I have 3500 dos games 😉

I have a delicate problem. I have a LOT of 4:3 games that I'd like to play on a huge ( well, 42" ) TV. Is there any good solution where I can KEEP the correct AR, and NOT crop any of the game-screen?
