Ive been eye balling this even though it is beige, ill get beige if i have to. Not that I don't like beige, I just don't want to worry about stains and yellowing.

Anyone remember this card, 8400 GS 512 MB PCI? The last of pci video cards. A lot of proprietary boards had no agp slot so you couldn't upgrade you're existing motherboard.

Oh wow i didn't know vista only rained for 1 year, you can use all 2008 hardware and still be vista period correct. Ask people why they prefer a 95 and ME over 98se, people like what they like this website is about nostalgia.

I tossed in a sblive 5.1. I want to save my only vortex2 for my 98 machine. Late 2000 build.

I do have a Au8830 and a audigy 2 in my stash. The vortex 2 is more of a year 98 build witch i will eventually do. Is there anything else for the 2000 audio bracket?

Just got my windows ME computer setup perfectly it even has wifi. Im kinda digging winME more then 98SE to be honest its faster and more stable to me.

Now that I think about it, it has got to be a via problem i did install it on a intel board a long time ago and it worked fine.

Im using the drivers from Snappy Driver installer and i also tried the creative SB Live 5.1 pack and the same results happened. When i get home ill see what model ct it is.

Drivers install fine, but I still cant get any sound and it wont show devices. In xp and 98 the it works fine on this build.
