Its worth bearing in mind the Aptiva 2176 boards (at least mine) only supports an FSB of 50 - 66mhz and multiplier up to 3x, with 66 FSB and using the 1.5x (IBM calls it 3/2) multiplier you can hit the full 233 for the Pentium 233 MMX, but I'm not sure about the K6-2's (never played with those, yet …

If your BIOS won't support it the easiest way to do this is use EZ-DRIVE (EZ-BIOS) or Ontrack. This'll let you use large drives despite any BIOS limitation. I'm using an 80GB on my 8GB limited Pentium Phil (from Phil's Computer Lab) did a good video on this if you need some more info
