Be sure to unplug your fans when you blow compressed or use a metro vac to remove dust. The high rate of spinning can create a charge and kill your fan headers. Its not common, but why take the risk? metro vac sell a really nice duster, look up the metro datavac ED500.

Just find HIS HD3850 is the best card, best cooler, or even Palit HD 3850 will be better... Or you can try finding MSI Radeon x1950Pro AGP very well cooled card... Sapphire cards have junk coolers from X1xxx series up to HD3xxx, just avoid them... Tell me about it. Just look at how junky these …

If you have the space in your system there is the Scythe SCVSG-1000. I believe arctic has a few heat sinks for the card too.
