I disagree in that if it can be made into an appliance like a router or a firewall, and run on something small like a raspberry or something than its no different than using vpn, or a proxy server that plenty of people use.

It doesn't take much horsepower to drive voodoo cards and glide games. I mean you could just as easily get a Geforece FX a good one, and rune nglide with that, because the CPU and video card is plenty strong enough. 🤣 But everyone has their dream of a killer PC and yours would be for sure.

black looks like its power on that fan for wahtever reason, and red looks like its ground. Thats the weirdest thing.

no... on a 3 pin fan 1 of the 3 wires is a sensor.. only positive and negative need connected. :lol: the 4ths is pwm. For ATX on a 4 pin red + back is 12v.. yellow and black is 5v.. fan will run off either +5 is slow speed. +12 is full speed. :lol: green is not a standard atx or even AT 4 pin color …

I think its perfect. late 286 to early 486 covers just about all the cpu speed sensitive titles or games that I have any interest in. Early 286 stuff is like pong or those reading games... anyways anything that needs a fast or later 486 plays fine on a socket 7 so i think its is a pretty great …
